Is It Christmas Yet???

Rylie told Taya that it is almost Christmas and right after Christmas it would be her birthday. Well, this week Taya has decided that it IS her birthday. The boys asked her to do something for them and she said, "I can't, it is my birthday". For the past two mornings she has asked - "Is it Christmas? Is it my birthday? And, is it snowing?" I certainly hope not. Who can afford Christmas and birthdays after getting two high school boy registered and an elementary girl registered in school? Not me. Besides that who wants to be cold?

Russ is on nights right now and so he hasn't slept much. But what's new for him.. He is married to a night owl. Poor Russ. Speaking of poor Russ, he had quite the Saturday night. Everything was going great and he wanted a Pina colada. I ran to the store and when I got home (about 9:30) he was bent over and was having quite a bit of pain. Well being the self-proclaimed Dr. -nurse-pharmacist that I am, I gave him a couple pain pills that I had left over from when I had Taya and I thought that he should be just fine. Well, he wasn't just fine. Finally at about 12:30 - 1:00 he was able to GO and he felt much better. He wasn't feeling too great this morning and so I called Toddy and she got him an appointment with the Dr. And after a little test, Dr. Shamo thinks that Russ has either passed a kidney stone or will soon. He is feeling better now but he was really miserable.

Ty came home tonight and was pretty excited. He got the "Special Teams Player of the Week". He said that it wasn't a big deal but, it is to this CRAZY Mom. Good Job TY!!! By the way his new number for the week is 76.

Oh one more thing. We are so excited for Chris and Chanda's new baby girl -Courtlyn Cate. I hope that I got the spelling right on that. We can't wait to see her.
