Are We Losing It?

O.K., You all know how I have said that Taya (sweetie!?!?) is either going to keep us young or make us old. Well, she is such a character that she is making us feel like we are losing it, but we are still laughing. Maybe we don't know what "it" is anymore. Maybe we are laughing so that we won't cry, I don't know.
Tonight Russ is on nights so he was all ready for work, had his lunch box packed and he was ready to go and Kevin (his car pool buddy) was waiting for him out in the car. Russ went down stairs, out to the garage, back down stairs, back out to the garage, to the bedroom and then came in and said, "Where is my lunch box? I can't find it anywhere." And I said, "How far could it be?" He said, "I know, but I can't find it and it was just right here - I thought." So I told Russ to back track where he had been. Russ said that he had - twice. Russ was getting a little frustrated and thought that he was losing it. "How many places could it be?" Then Taya said, "I can find it for you." And sure enough, she ran to the exact place that she had hid it. I have been laughing all night. I don't know if Russ thought that it was so funny, but he did laugh. Russ said that Kevin laughed the whole way to work. Sure he can laugh - it wasn't his lunch box and it is always funnier when it is someone else's kid. No wonder I have gray hair. By the way I have seen a few gray hairs on Russ' head too.
