Yes, it has been a day of painting! I wasn't too fond of the idea (I still feel about the same- Maybe even less fond of it right now), but Dad said,"SURE"!, got them started and then left for Youth Conference. Rylie and Taya have been painting the playhouse ALL day long. Rembrandt, Van Gogh, Ashby- they have nothing on Taya and Rylie. I was going to go in and show the progress but they got a LITTLE paint on the floor. Oh, by the way, Rylie informed me that they are not quite done after 6 hours of painting. They need another day and I think that I will be gone that day. Have fun Russ!!! Maybe Russ could get Anna to come help them. She likes to paint. GOOD IDEA!!!

Ya, this is about 5 hours into the project. She actually had already peeled the paint off most of her hands before she came in. The tears were because she hates to get into the tub. I thought that she really should get in. I did win that battle.
Maybe we can keep it to the pictures on the fridge from now on. I really don't mind buying the many reams of paper that they go through. It could be worse!!!

Yes Leann, sign me up. I am always good for painting. But no guarantees if Russ has to fix it afterwards... I tend to get out of control at times:) Looks like the girls had fun...
I LOVE IT!!! The BEST part is that it was Russ who said Yes, then left for youth confrence!! I thought that sort of thing only happened at our house with Greg!!
