Taya's 5th birthday!!!

Taya turned 5 on the 28th of December. She was so excited to have a birthday and it lasted for almost a week. She is already wondering when her next birthday is. We had planned on taking her to Provo to Chuck E. Cheeses on Monday and also going to Ty's eye appointment but basketball practice was later than I had planned so we had to cancel his appointment so we didn't go that day. So we were going to go up on Wed.

On Tuesday she had her friends party. It was so much fun. This was her first REAL birthday party. They played musical chairs, Kiss the Frog (the princess version of Pin the Tail on the Donkey), decorated cupcakes, and of course opened presents. It was a success. Taya had a ball!!

Wednesday came with a BIG SNOW storm. The roads were terrible so we cancelled Ty's appointment once again and did not make it to Chuck E. Cheese.

Finally on Saturday the weather looked good so we headed up north. Kyle needed to take his ipod to the apple store and Rylie needed to change her hoodie in for a "taller" size so we went up to the Gateway in Salt Lake and shopped and then ended up at the Chuck E Cheese in Sandy. Everyone had fun and the pizza was pretty good too so it was a great day and a SUPER birthday. Taya can't wait to be 6 now. Oh and then when she went back to school she had her party there too. So her birthday lasted about a week.
