NO MORE TONSILS. We are soooo glad to have the worst part behind us. Taya was awesome "during" her surgery, but she did not go down easily. Dr. Shamo said that she got 2 rankings from the surgery crew. One gave her 1st place in being the worst patient ever, but Marsha (who has been doing this for quite some time) only gave her 2nd place. She didn't pull her mask off and scratch her face so she came in 2nd. I am not so sure that 1st or 2nd is a good thing in this case. Taya hates medicine too. It took threatening her with - well, I won't reveal everything but, I will say that she now takes her medicine. We are glad the worst part of that is behind us all.
Starting to wake up.
Ready to go home. If she could just talk the nurses into it.
